Churn Rate

Data for churn prediction model will be historical and anonymized customers gain and lost with dates for each event with a profile attached describing the last 12 months , last 6 months and last 3 months following activity attributes:

  • Contacts per channel and type
  • Claims per channel and type
  • Service usage (services) by type

Also customer attributes will be provided: Segment (B2B, B2C). (Text). Consumption. (Number).
Power. (Number).
Tariff. (Number). Geographic details (Region, Postal Code, street address). (Text and number).
Products (Electricity , gas, SVAs). (Text).
Digital ( (Text).
Electronic Billing. (Text) * Debt (Number).
